Baywest counter
Baywest collection point for small promo orders and sample checks. Please book by email before you travel.
How the Baywest counter works in a real week
The Baywest counter page points to our retail court counter location. It is useful if you need a clear reference before discussing branded items, sample viewing, or campaign packs for an event.
Use the Baywest counter when you need to inspect a sample, confirm a colour call, or point to the exact giveaway style before placing a small promo order. This Gqeberha collection point suits branded mugs, pens, lanyards, notebooks, tote bags, and compact event packs better than large stand builds or bulk warehouse pulls. Retail-centre access matters here, so it helps to arrive with the item list, logo version, and quantity range ready.
A quick photo of the item or current setup helps when you are matching an existing campaign pack at Baywest. Counter checks are useful for print position, fabric feel, closure types, and whether packaging looks tidy enough for handover at an event. If the order links to a campus activation or small launch, note the date and venue when you book by email before travelling.
Baywest sample check points
Most visits focus on a few practical decisions rather than a full product sweep. You can confirm branding placement, compare substrate options, and verify that the chosen pieces still look professional for a handout table, registration desk, or gift bag. The aim is a clear yes or no on the items you plan to collect, sample, or discuss.
Before visiting the Baywest counter, send the item names and expected quantities through the contact form. Include Baywest in your note if you need a collection point reference for sample viewing, branded item discussion, or a small campaign pack. Bring a sample of the current item set when matching an existing range.

Gqeberha collection point conditions
Baywest is a useful reference point for smaller promo requirements in Gqeberha, especially where seeing the item first helps avoid the wrong print or finish. It suits campaign packs, event giveaways, and light branding sets that must look neat on the day without turning into a bulky dispatch job. If your team is comparing options across hubs, note that Baywest is the retail court counter location.
Coastal conditions in Gqeberha can affect paper inserts, carton strength, and how some wrapped items present after transport. Branded apparel sizing, drawstring cords, acrylic pieces, and sticker adhesion are all easier to assess when viewed in person before a small run goes ahead. Centre access and travel time should be considered when planning a sample stop around event prep.
Operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401.
Before you head to Baywest
Gqeberha
Email the product shortlist, logo file version, and the reason for the check so the Baywest counter visit stays focused. It also helps to note whether you are reviewing a single sample, collecting a small order, or checking pieces for an upcoming event pack. That information keeps the discussion tied to the actual handout, table set, or gift kit you need.
